The process to make Our Products starts with
U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Inspected Meats
......

  
   -  Only the Leanest Meats, less than than 25 % fat content, are used -
    -  No Meat " by products " or Fillers of Any Kind are added -

 

 


        The " Patty " Machine is Sanitized and Assembled.

        Depending on the Product being made - Buffalo, Beef,
         or Pork Sausage are placed into the Feed Hopper

 


 

        The Proper sized Die Set is placed into the Machine
         as the Machine is put together -

         Pork Sausage is available in 3 or 4 Patties / lb
         Beef Patties are available in 2 or 3 Patties / lb
         Buffalo Patties are available in 2 or 3 Patties / lb


   

 

 

         The Meat fills the Die and the Plate Travels Outward

         The Machine automatically places the Paper Wrap
          which separates the patties and then pushes the
          Patty from the Die



 



 


         The Process continues until the Feed Hopper is Empty

         Then the Patties are Vacuum Packaged and Frozen
